Looking after your mental health – Usborne Books
I loved the book and thought it would be great for teenagers. I found it really engaging and it had some really great strategies to help with stress, anxiety and stress. I thought it was really great that it had a section about strategies to get to sleep because I think that is a problem for a lot of people, but not many usually talk about it. It really explains what mental health is and explaining things like disabilities aren’t always physical. It helps explain emotions that you might have and it gives you a sense that you are not alone. I also really loved how it was laid out. Overall I loved this book and I would like to buy one when they come out.
